Herbalife Meal plan

With the range of products available at Herbalife, one is at loss when it comes to using the products that is suitable for their purpose. Each person has different types of requirements for their body. Herbalife products can be used for a healthy nutrition program or a quick fix healthy breakfast. But in general, people go for the products mainly for weight management. Here is a general meal plan that is suggested to get the best out of the products made from nature's best resources.
It is very important for me to repeat that each person has different needs for their body. So, it is best to ask your sponsor about how to use the products.
Early morning
400 ml water with afresh
Half an hour before breakfast 500 ml water to take with the following tablets:
1. Cell-U-loss
2. Multivitamin
3. Cell activator
4. Activated fiber
Breakfast
A milk shake made with:
1. 200 ml milk
2. 100 ml water
3. 3 level spoons of formula 1 shake
4. One level spoon of personalized protein plus
5. Optional any fruit quantity equal to half an apple.
Mid morning
If required Afresh with 400 ml water. Fruits or sprouts, to take about one and half liters of water at regular intervals between breakfast and lunch
Half an hour before lunch 500 ml water with
1. Cell-u-loss
2. Multivitamin
3. Activated fiber
4. Aloe plus(15 min before lunch)
Lunch
Light and nutritious, more veggie servings
Mid evening
If required 400 ml of water with afresh, any snacks or fruits. About one liter water to be taken before 7 p.m
Half an hour before dinner 500 ml water to take with the following tablets:
5. Cell-U-loss
6. Multivitamin
7. Cell activator
8. Activated fiber
9. Aloe plus (15 min before dinner)
Dinner
Milk shake made of:
1. 200 ml milk
2. 100 ml water
3. 3 level spoons of formula 1 shake
4. One OR one and half level spoons of protein plus.

Variations in making formula 1 and PPP shake 
1. Can use 300 ml water.
2. Can combine 100 ml juice like frooty or Tropicana with 200 ml water.
3. Use fresh fruit juice without added sugar.
4. Can use rasam if some kaaram is required
5. The basis is to use 300 ml liquid with minimal calories from them.

Water consumption per day {including afresh (not including shake)}: One liter of water per 20 kgs of Body weight. If you weigh 80 kgs, then drink 4 liters of water per day.

Half an hour before lunch: These are tablets of vitamins and are called DRY SALAD. Keeps you nourished and also keeps the digestive tract clean and healthy. Facilitates absorption of nutrients. They are optional in weight loss, but very much recommended.

Cell-U-Loss: It is responsible for cleaning up the excess yellow fat in our body and is a must in the weight loss plan.
